<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Founded in October 2021, Lithium Infinity LLC (LiHyTech) was established to commercialize our membrane-based direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology from unconventional sources,&nbsp;after many years of extensive research conducted by a group of KAUST professors and scientists.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">LiHyTech subsequently received US$6 million in capital commitment from Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (“Ma’aden”), one of the largest mining company globally with US$40 billion in market capitalization, and KAUST Innovation Fund. </span></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">LiHyTech is working expediently towards delivering a pilot modular unit which can be readily transported and assembled on site.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br/></p>
